Arte began in San Diego as a family salon built on passion, creativity, and connection. What started as a welcoming space for friends and family to gather has now grown into a legacy—one that continues to thrive today in El Dorado Hills as Arte Hair Lounge. Our salon is more than just a place to get your hair done—it’s an extension of our family. With four dedicated stylists, each bringing their own artistry and expertise, we work together to create styles that reflect the individuality and beauty of every guest who walks through our doors. At Arte Hair Lounge, we honor our roots while embracing a fresh, modern vision. Our goal is to provide an elevated salon experience that feels both inspiring and personal, where every client is welcomed as part of the Arte family- we cannot wait to see you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Arte Hair Lounge, we value and respect both our guests’ time and our own. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. With proper notice, there is never a cancellation fee. However, repeated last-minute cancellations may result in limited future booking privileges. LATE POLICY: If you are running late, please contact your stylist as soon as possible. Guests arriving 15+ minutes late to a color appointment may receive a shortened service or an additional time charge. Haircut appointments may need to be rescheduled or adjusted by forfeiting a wash and/or blow dry. NO SHOW POLICY: No-show appointments will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total, regardless of artist. Large-ticket services such as extension installations or color corrections may require a small deposit to reserve the appointment. Please communicate with your Artist or Arte Hair Lounge if any scheduling conflicts arise so we can best accommodate your reservation. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
