Arte began in San Diego as a family salon built on passion, creativity, and connection. What started as a welcoming space for friends and family to gather has now grown into a legacy—one that continues to thrive today in El Dorado Hills as Arte Hair Lounge. Our salon is more than just a place to get your hair done—it’s an extension of our family. With four dedicated stylists, each bringing their own artistry and expertise, we work together to create styles that reflect the individuality and beauty of every guest who walks through our doors. At Arte Hair Lounge, we honor our roots while embracing a fresh, modern vision. Our goal is to provide an elevated salon experience that feels both inspiring and personal, where every client is welcomed as part of the Arte family- we cannot wait to see you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Arte Hair Lounge, we respect and value our guests’ time as well as our own. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we simply ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. With that notice, you’ll never be charged a fee. • First Time: Life happens—we’ll waive the fee. • Second Time: 25% charge of the scheduled service(s) will apply if canceled within 24 hours or missed. • Third Time: After three late cancellations or no-shows, we will no longer be able to accommodate future bookings. NO SHOW CLIENTS WILL BE CHARGED 25% OF THE SERVICE REGARDLESS OF ARTIST. Please do your best to communicate with your Artist or Arte Hair Lounge so we can adjust your reservation need be if there may be a conflict regarding your appointment. For any questions, concerns, or options, please contact an Artist or Arte Hair Lounge at your best convenience.
